Us Stephenses sure know how to woo our other halfs – I made this for Jon too! I also add egg which seems to bulk it out a bit. Nice with buttered potatoes.

Matthew used to make this for me, too. Now I usually make it, and I include 4 eggs and 1 cup yogurt, lots of grated cheddar as well as the feta & it serves about 5-6. Bethany even likes it, but not Zoe, although she likes most of the ingredients and especially likes brushing the filo.
