We signed up to be family reviewers nearly four years ago &amp; its been a blast. Over the years we have clocked up around <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meanboyfriend.com\/overdue_books\/tag\/guardian\/\">55 family reviews<\/a> &amp; once Bryn was old enough he signed up as a site member &amp; has written 15 reviews himself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are going to miss:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the regular newsletters highlighting great new reads<\/li>\n<li>the exciting packages of new books to read &amp; share<\/li>\n<li>discovering new family favourite reads (thanks to all the reviewers in helping us find new bookish treasures)<\/li>\n<li>the friendly encouraging emails from the Guardian team (thanks Guardian team for introducing us to the 52-storey treehouse)<\/li>\n<li>the delight in seeing our reviews online amongst the others<\/li>\n<li>the great &#8220;How to Draw series..&#8221; (thanks to all the fabulous illustrators for providing us with entertainment &amp; new skills) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meanboyfriend.com\/overdue_books\/2015\/03\/guardian-how-to-draw-series\/ \">(this is a blog post showing our drawing attempts)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>all the fun competition &amp; quizzes<\/li>\n<li>the entertaining author interviews&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are however very thankful to have been a part of this wonderful haven of, as the children called it, &#8216;book filled fun&#8217;.&nbsp;<br \/>\nI&#8217;d like the chance to continue reviewing books with the kids (let me know if you have any tips).
