		<description>Re: OCLC - I don&#039;t think there is any point speculating about this at the moment - I&#039;m happy to wait until the new OCLC policy is actually announced before looking at the impact. As far as I can see, the original concern from NYLINK was that users might be seen as agreeing to (as yet unknown) changes to T&amp;C simply by using the service. Since OCLC have now removed this piece from the policy, it seems we may as well wait and see.
Anyway - if policies can change, they can change again.
